Howdy! I’m Nien Xiang, a sport scientist turned implementation scientist. I am currently a Research Fellow at the Geriatric Education and Research Institute, where my research focuses on advancing equitable implementation of evidence-based exercise prescription to improve population health.

My primary educational background is in Sports Science, and I earned my undergraduate degree and PhD from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. With a growing interest in behavioural science, I recently completed a Specialist Diploma in Applied Pyschology (Behavioural Insights) from Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore.

This personal blog is a collection of things I think about, find interesting, and occasionally get too excited about, including implementation science, behavioural science, statistics, data visualisation, coding, and sport science.
